I have decided to start blogging again because there is just too many exciting things happening that have to be shared.
Last night I woke up suddenly with the realisation of what I have created. Studio 104 came from an idea, that turned into a dream that is now reality. How I landed my first hotel contract with the Savoy hotel I will never know. Actually perhaps I am not giving myself enough credit. I won that through sheer hard work, thought my experience as a product developer and through blood, sweat and perhaps a few tears along the way.
We landed the Savoy Beaufort Bar contract in 2012 and since then we have gone on to work with the Dorchester hotel, Grosvenor House, the Mondrian London, the St Martin’s Lane hotel, the Shangri-La at the Shard and Gleneagles. That’s only the hotel list. Sometimes I have to pinch myself. Every time the phone rings it’s another luxury brand.
Word of mouth is our most powerful form of advertising and that is why we go to the ends of the earth to make sure our clients are happy. You click, we run. It’s as simple as that. I believe that as a luxury brand every single one of my client’s deserves our undivided attention because we all know how much of a headache uniform is. We have built a strong name for ourselves in the uniform market through being consistently quick to respond, having a ‘can do’, flexible approach and being young and fresh to the market.
In the next few weeks I will be able to reveal the most exciting news yet. An opportunity that is going to catapult Studio 104 into the next league. My lips are sealed for now but please watch this space!
